Dear Cluster Partner,

We are pleased to welcome you to the DCP Project's website on behalf of the Undersecretariat for Foreign Trade. 

The Undersecretariat for Foreign Trade (UFT) is the beneficiary of the Project, "Technical Assistance to Development of a Clustering Policy (DCP)" for Turkey. The UFT is one of the organisations in Turkey that has a strong nationwide network as well as a wide international network and which is also well connected to the local/national industry as well as to various foreign markets.

Stakeholder Visits
"TAT realised stakeholder visits to various institutions in Istanbul"


Trainings Enlightened Implementers and Civil Servants on "Clusters and Clustering"
DCP Project organized Clustering Trainings in Ankara and Istanbul between 7 and 11 April 2008. Trainings outlined a new approach for crafting a collaborative business environment and increasing competitiveness based on critical elements of clustering. During each training representatives from national stakeholders learned to think about these elements and their implications for Turkey.
Clustering Strategy Task Group Meeting
The first meeting of Clustering Strategy Task Group took place on June 5, 2008 in Ankara.
Opening ceremony of the new Project Office
Opening ceremony of our new Project Office was realised on 23rd of June 2008 with the participation of technical assistance team and representatives from UFT.
